My cable or fiber internet isn't working, what should I do?
Power cycling the modem is the first thing you should try. If the internet connection doesn't return once the modem reboots, please contact Technical Support at (709) 944 3700
What are the benefits of fiber-op compared to cable internet?
Fiber-op internet provides a more reliable connection compared to copper wire cable internet. Fiber is unaffected by changes in temperature and relies less on equipment deployed in the field unlike copper wire cables.

Can I provide my own wireless router?
Yes. Although CRRS internet modems are equipped with wifi radios, customers are able to provide their own wireless routers to accommodate their own personal networks
